Specialities

Made with small pieces of Tikka - chicken using all the necessary spices including some green chilli with fresh coriander to give our home style appearance with fantastic taste.

Prepared with small pieces of Tikka Chicken mixed with sliced green beans and all the spices to give a beautiful taste.

Prepared with prawns and fresh mixed vegetables with all the
necessary fresh spices finished up with fresh coriander to give the right flavour - it is very popular in our country as a little dry dish. Nan or Paratha is needed to go with it.

Made with King Prawn, together with sag, green chilli and some
coriander to give a home-made wonderful taste.

Prepared similar way to Murgi Nomuna but using Lamb.

Using same method as Esa Palong but using Lamb.

Prepared with tiny pieces of Tikka Chicken cooked with Basmati
Pilaw Rice with fresh spices, served with special vegetable sauce

Diced marinated chicken, soaked in the Tandoori sauce for at least 12 hours, is removed from the sauce as and when it is ordered. Brinjal is added to give its distinguished flavour which it is derived from. It is very popular in the Indian sub-continent. Served in the same manner as Tandoori and Tikka dishes.

Made with King Prawn and cauliflower using all the necessary fresh spices with some fresh green chillies, finished with fresh coriander to give a beautiful home style appearance and lovely taste.

Made with diced fresh chicken with fresh continental mixed
vegetables including chilli, all the necessary spices and finished with fresh coriander to give a beautiful home style appearance and lovely taste.

Very much similar dish but made with very, very fresh lamb and
continental vegetables.

Special Side Dish for above dishes. Prepared a special way using extra garlic and other little spices and fresh coriander and cooked exactly like our home style way. It is very tasty indeed as a side dish and very much recommended for you to try.

Home style like Nomuna with extra whole garlic for additional spicy garlic taste for the garlic lovers.

Although the strength of the above dishes are medium, they can be prepared to your desired strength.

The Management of the Khandoker very much recommend their
old and new customers to try the speciality dishes at least once.

Tandoori Specialities

Marinated in the Tandoori sauce for at least 12 hours. The sauce is made from various spices and fresh yoghurt. Served with side salad and the Tandoori sauce. Alternatively individual choice of own sauce from the menu to meet the strength you desire

Same preparations as Tandoori except it is diced chicken, served in the same way as Tandoori dishes.
